A Snowy Day

Today started out as a normal Saturday. Woke up around 8:30ish, was supposed to play a b-ball game today, planning on not staying home much. Well as I woke up my parents told me that they were going to Best Buy to look for surround sound. I went along because I was looking into buying a camcorder. We get there to find we have arrived it isn't open yet so we go to Barnes &Nobles to get some SAT prep book (it's like 3,000 pages) and the Great Gatsby (Hyre's class). I hate Barnes & Nobles, it has to be the gathering place of the possibly weirdest people on earth. So finally after leaving there we go to Best Buy. At Best Buy I find this camera I really like (Canon ZR300). After we talk to the lady and some little camera fanatic kid we decide to buy it. After we have decided this only does Vega (the lady) realize that they don't have any in stock because the camera is a new model. This makes me really irritated because I had been looking foward to getting a camera this weekend. I also am irritated because it has begun to snow really hard outside. So we drive home and then my exciting day of playing video games and watching TV begins because it hasn't snowed enough to do anything in. Bringing me to my next topic: snow.

Snow sure it looks nice and pretty and is fun for about 2-3 hrs. But then reality sets in. We will miss school causing our spring break to be shorter and then eventually summer vacation. Not to metion when you get back to school you hear of how all the Sheerwood Forest kids all got together and hung out while out hear in Chadwyck it's only me, Scott, Adam, and Jonathan. We can only do so much here too. But I will have to argue we have the best sledding hill. So y'all can wish for all the snow in the world but I myself like my spring break and summer vacation.

Also NC State, my beloved team, played today in b-ball against Clemson. State shouldn't be as bad as they are. I can't stand to watch them play because it is so ugly. Also I can't watch them with my dad because he curses them everytime they do the smallest thing wrong. I believe the problem is Herb Sendek. Don't get me wrong he is a good coach but he isn't the fit for NC State. State probably has one of the most athletic teams in th ACC but running this Princeton style offense doesn't work for them. It is a shame Roy Williams has to coach @ UNC because he knows how to play the game of b-ball. Today on some show he was asked does he mean to beat teams the way they do and he said it's not my problem we beat them so bad, it's their job to stop us. Anyways GO PACK!! O yeh and we got Tony Baker, suckas.

So that's how my life is right now.

Rule #3 kind of makes you wonder (Calcutta Metro)
